Created by Kenyan designer Robert Mandela, Roma designs aims at making it’s mark in not just the Kenyan fashion scene but also the international fashion arena.

Robert started making African print shoes and bags in 2013 and has since transitioned from not only shoes and bags but also to clothes. He expresses his passion for his work through the creativity he puts into his collection, propelling his brand to new heights.

“It is very interesting and relevant especially at this time in the fashion scene , not only in Africa , but also in the world. Remembering where we come from as a people of a culture and reminiscing on the past is at times key when it comes to finding our way in the future,” expressed Robert on the theme of the show.

He draws his inspiration on the designs for this edition of the JW Show from street looks, which is a fusion of African fabric and African print and other fabrics.
Robert has also taken part in shows like The Fashion Torch Africa, Mtindo Afrika among others and styled celebrities like gospel singer, DK.

Their lovely designs will be featured in JW Show next weekend at Shift Eye Gallery.
