The VH1 Hip Hop Honors Award show was held at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles in order to honor black Game Changers in the music and TV industry during the 90’s.
A bunch of stars showed up and showed out in their best old school outfits to show love to the artists and actors that changed the game in the 90s. The VH1 Hip Hop Honors show aired on VH1 on Monday night and was hosted by the beautiful Regina Hall.
“Lil” Romeo, Trick Daddy, Trina, Warren G, Ty Dolla $ign, Xscape, Fat Joe, Remy Ma, Fabulous, Lil Kim and Mariah Carey were among performers.
Towards the end of the evening, Mariah Carey was honored as a Game Changer for her frequent collaborations with hip-hop musicians such as Jermaine Dupri and Busta Rhymes.
