Chiloba Shocked as he Loses In His Case Against Chebukati

IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba has suffered yet another major blow at the Employment and Labor Relations court after Justice Stephen Radido upheld the three month compulsory leave he had filed a case against.

Judge Stephen Radido in his verdict ruled that Chiloba would not suffer any prejudice or loss if he proceeded on the leave as directed by the Commission’s Chairman Wafula Chebukati. Chiloba is fighting for his reinstatement at the commission claiming that the compulsory leave issued to him was in breach of the law.
