Christiano Ronaldo Signs €30 Million Deal With Juventus, Exits Real Madrid!

Christiano Ronaldo has managed to steal the headlines with his latest move. In May Ronaldo had signaled that he was leaving Madrid after their Champions league final and it seems he actually meant it. Ronaldo is said to have agreed a 4-year contract that will see him pocket  €30 million per season. He will move to the Italian Champions- Juventus this summer after his transfer.

Ronaldo met Juventus club president Andrea Agnelli in Greece on Tuesday where he is on holiday after Portugal was kicked out of the World Cup 2018. The announcement of his transfer was followed by an open letter from Ronaldo as he thanked his fans for their love and affection during his stay at Real Madrid and requested them to respect his decision.

The club also confirmed that they had granted Ronaldo’s wish to exit from Real Madrid. In a statement, Real Madrid club expressed their gratitude to Ronaldo for being the best in the club and also in the world history of football.

“Today, Real Madrid wants to express its gratitude to a player who has proved to be the best in the world and who has marked one of the brightest times in the history of our club and world football.’’

Ronaldo has reached the global range of a superstar after he became the world’s most expensive player in 2009 when he joined Real Madrid after exiting Manchester United. Ronaldo has won 15 trophies-inclusive of two La liga tittles and two Copa Del Rey crowns. He scored a total of 450 goals for Real Madrid making him the record goal scorer.
