The end of the month is finally here. If you are looking to slide into April on a high note, here are a few events you can attend this weekend.

Burna Boy Live

This Saturday Burna boy will be live at Privee Westlands. The event will be hosted by DJ Joe Mfalme,  courtesy of Remy Martin. Tickets sold at the door for only KES 1,500.


H_art the Band Unplugged

The trio is going to be performing live at the Alchemist Bar in Westlands on Saturday, 1st April from 6 p.m. The band has had two releases these year among them Rosella featuring Lady Jay Dee from Tanzania. They are bound to have a fired up performance lined up for you. Charges are Kshs. 500.

The GoDown Gig

Some of Kenya’s legends will be holding it down at the GoDown Arts Centre on Saturday from 4p.m. This edition will feature Nyota Ndogo, kidum and Serro. This is an opportunity to experience good music for absolutely free.


Rhythm and Wine

This event will feature Phy and Dan Aceda. If you are looking for a laid back set up and a relaxed way to end your month, this is the place for you. It will take place at Adlife Plaza from 7p.m. on Friday 31st March. See poster for more details.

Blame my roots

Poetry fans are not left out as Mufasa, the spoken word artist leads a cast of 13 in a performance poetry showcase fused with live music and choreographed theatrical elements this Saturday at Alliance Fraincaise Auditorium from 6p.m to 8p.m. Advance tickets cost Kshs. 800(see page to purchase) and Kshs. 1500 at the gate.
