The Tie and Dye Edition 11 went down at P and L Luxe gardens on Saturday. The event was full of humor and hysterical. The day was lit as the sun came to our rescue in the middle of the weather changes.
The event commenced at around 3 pm in the evening. Security team was alert on the ground. They began frisking people before they were allowed to en-route through the red carpet on their way to the entrance.
At the entrance, a bevy of ladies also ensured the Piknik fans underwent through registration process. The latter were given different wrist bands that were tied on their hands to accomplish the logistics prerequisite.
Face painting being one of the activities that attracts lots of people didn’t disappoint. The body artist were armed with all colors to use. They drew the Piknik lovers on their faces and their hands.
With the face painting blending with the theme, the edition became epic. It’s awesome to embrace the culture and it is taking shape in every Piknik. Both ladies and gentlemen embraced it this time round.
All the bands that came through to entertain the audience did a lovely job. All those present danced to their different tunes. Some ended up competing on different dancing styles that are currently hot soup in the industry.
Imagine attending an event where there is no food or drinks, how would you survive? The edition eleven ensured food and drinks were available at an affordable prices. This kept the crowd energetic during the event.
The fans found fascinating games to keep the day epic. The pool table was ready to serve them in pairs as they compete on who is the best pooler of edition 11. Virtual Reality games were also impeded on that day.
The piknik ended at 10 pm as others proceeded for a post party edition that continued in different clubs along Westlands and CBD.
