A Female Bhang Boss Arrested In Murang’a

Over what seems to be a tip off from the members of the public, Police in Murang’a were able to arrest a woman who is believed to a part of chain bhang sellers.

Speaking to reporters, Kiharu assistant county commissioner Priscilla Kiluti said that the woman has been in collaboration with her 75 Year old mother to supply and sell bhang to school going children.

She was arrested with 11 Kilograms of bhang worth  Ksh 500,000 and also 500 rolls as well as apparatus used to process the rolls in her house at Kiangiri Village in Murang’a.

Members of the public have been urged to continue partnering with the authority to help curb drug abuse in the county.
