Once in a while every couple of years, a style made popular in the 20th Century comes back in style thanks to fashion designers whose garments everyone wants to wear or celebrities everyone wants to dress like.

Here are some looks you too can rock that will make you look timelessly stylish.

  1. Hairstyles

The bob, shown above by ‘Star’ actress Ryan Destiny (left) is a style that was hot and chic in the ‘00s and one that will probably never go out of style. This hair suits round-faced ladies perfectly and can be worn day or also replicated with braids.

Short, curly hair was worn by almost all African-American actresses in ‘90s is still ok to rock today in a less tidy and more spunk way. Shown above by actress and sing Keke Palmer.

2. Spaghetti Strap Tops & Dresses

Something worn by practically everyone around 2004 – 2007 and brought back in style today by the many celebrities like those pictured – Brittany O’Grady, Ryan Destiny & Keke Palmer – the subtly sexy style can be worn for a day or night out and if you don’t feel comfortable showing too much skin especially in this cold weather just throw on a coat or cardigan.

3. Low Heels

This is ideal for those that want to make a fashion statement by not wearing typical flat shoes but still want to walk comfortably and possibly long distances. These can be paired up with almost anything from dresses, long or short skirts, jumpsuits… They’re also very affordable in most shops and were very popular in the early 2000s.

4. Round Shades

This trend was there way before and popularised by 90s dancehall artist Chaka Demus. These shades are trendy, cool and a must have for any edgy youth.

6. Bandanas

We all know these were the hottest style back in the 2000s and I personally never thought they’d make a comeback, but they have. They are now worn as a finishing touch for a hairstyle to add some colour and personality to complete a look.
