Gor Mahia Set To Face Everton After Beating Tazania’s Simba FC 2-O

Kenya premier league champions Gor Mahia won themselves a ticket to face Everton after they beat Tanzania’s Simba FC 2-0.

Gor Mahia’s goals were scored by Rwandese striking duo of Meddie Kagere and Jacques Tuyisenge in the yesterday match that took place at the Afraha Stadium, Nakuru.

This was not just another win for the Kenyan giants but also a chance for their coach Dylan Kerr to get back at his former employers Simba FC who fired him in the year 2016 six months just after they had signed him.

The team also walked with Ksh 3 million while their opponents took home Ksh 1million.

Gor Mahia will be travelling to England next month to face Everton at their Goodison Park home.
