1. MORNING GLORY

One of the easiest ways to avoid a hangover is having a quickie in the morning. If you were lucky enough to wake up with somebody in your bed, then make the most of the morning! Get the hormones working on overtime to make your day better. Morning sex is always a great cure for a hangover.

2. HAVE A BEER

Dawa ya moto ni moto. The easiest and best way to get over the hangover is to have a beer. Your body is currently undergoing withdrawal. So the easiest way to feel any better is to have a beer. Seriously, this works like magic and you will be up and ready in no time.

3. MILK

Got milk? If you’re hung-over and you answered yes, then good for you! Milk helps prevent your body from losing more water when you have a hangover. Furthermore, it also contains amino acids, which help you sleep well. After all, a good hangover remedy should not only help reduce the effects of dehydration, it should also be able to help you get a good night’s sleep.

4. EAT A BURGER

If you can, gather up some energy and buy a hamburger. This is the perfect hangover food that will give you the needed energy to go through your classes or work. Have it cold and with a glass of fresh juice.

5. FRESH FRUIT JUICE

Water from fruit juice will help re-hydrate your body. Fruit juice will also help replenish the vitamins and minerals you lost when you were dehydrated.

Try creating a wholesome cocktail made from different fruits, such as oranges, pineapples, kiwifruits, tomatoes, and different types of berries. You can also add milk to create a smoothie instead!

After doing one or more of these hangy busters, you will be fresh as ever!! You are welcome.
