Its exam time and everyone is banging their heads against books coz there is so much to cram and such little time. This is the moment when people are doing all they can to avoid their cliques to just concentrate and get as much info as they could.
But don’t forget that all that stress could be bad for you.
You need to take some time off to unwind and release the mind for more knowledge. The mind works better when its free.
Here are some sure ways to help you unwind and relax during this time
1. BINGE EATING
Forget the diet plans and calories. You need the energy. Take some time out to indulge in your favorite treat. Some like sweet others salty but take without guilt coz after all; it’s just during this time right?
Hint: chocolate is a great stress reliever
2. WATCH A MOVIE
Preferably something funny. Laughter is the best medicine and it works great when you are stressed. The best part about this, is that you don’t have to do it with people…… and after the movie you can study away with a fresh mind.
Surest way to get some relaxation. Turn up your playlist and just get lost in the melodies…..
Go kick a ball or something. Shoot some hoops and release all the frustration on a dart board or a ball.
5. TAKE A WALK
Go far from the books and see the world. Watch other people and just relax it out. Apart from being great exercise, it is a good way to just run away from it all.
6. TAKE A LONG HOT BATH/SHOWER
You shall feel like all the tension has been washed away. It is an amazing feeling and even better when you bet out a few of your favourite tunnes as you shower. Just groovy!!
