How to Slay in your Bikini In Time for December Holzz!!

December is almost here guys! Just a few weeks to the festive season. December is a turn-up month and whole lotta vacations. I can’t wait to rock my bikini body. I’m gonna share with you guys the easy tips to lose belly fat so that you look fly in that bikini, ok also for men. This works for both, cause you know we all have to enjoy that holiday in the beach! You don’t necessarily need a gym. Here are the tips

1. Don’t eat sugar and avoid sugar-sweetened drinks

If sugar is taken in excessively, it is considered unhealthy. Studies have shown that excess sugar that contains large amounts of fructose can lead to increased accumulation of fat, especially around the liver and belly. When you eat sugar-sweetened food you end up gaining a lot of calories and increases 60% chance of obesity in children. So avoid any sugary things this season.

2. Eating more protein reduces belly fat

If weight loss is your goal then adding protein to your diet will help you lose a lot of calories. A study showed that protein is effective against belly fat. Another study showed that protein was linked to significantly reduced risk of belly fat gain over a period of 5 years. The people who eat a lot of protein have less body fat. Eat protein like fish, nuts, seafood, meat, legumes, and other dairy products.

3. Eat food rich in fiber

It is often suggested that eating a lot of fiber contributes to weight loss. A lot of fiber intake contributes to loss of appetite and a prolonged feeling of fullness. The best way to get more fiber is to eat a lot of plant foods like vegetables and fruit. Legumes are also a good source, as well as some cereals like whole oats. Oats are actually the best to take in the morning.

4. Exercise

Exercise is an important journey to weight loss. Doing aerobic exercise like walking, running, swimming etc have been shown to cause major reductions in belly fat in numerous studies.

Exercise also leads to reduced inflammation, lower blood sugar levels and improvements in all the other metabolic abnormalities that are associated with excess abdominal fat.

5. Track your foods and figure out exactly what and how much you are eating

What you eat is important. Pretty much everyone knows this. It is important to watch what you’re eating every once in a while. If it’s recommended that protein intake should be at least 25-30% calories. Protein is obviously not enough so you need to count the number of calories you take at least weekly.
