RUTOLawyers Karim Khan for Deputy President William Ruto and Kimutai Bosek for Joshua Arap Sang say witnesses should not withdraw through affidavits but should present themselves before the ICC judges when doing so. Khan says only then will there be no doubts as to the reasons for the withdrawals. He was reacting to the case of one David Kiarie Kibe who claimed to be a witness 323 and said he had been paid by a leading American aid agency to give false evidence against William Ruto.
