K.U. Students Planning to “Boycott” Exams?

The current Kenyatta University student leader took to a facebook group to inform his fellow students that he has spoken to the school’s administration and is hoping to get them to change the exam dates.

Because of the lecturers’ strike and the closure of the university for the repeat elections, learning in various public universities in the country was paralyzed.

The exams at KU were supposed to commence on the 20th of November but because people were in class for only a few weeks, they are not prepared to start their exams yet.

Students of the university had planned to ‘resist’ the exams knowing that they’d not do well as they are not even close to finishing the syllabus for any of their units.

Were, the student president has urged students to remain calm and await further information from him and the University.
