Kenya Loses To Fiji At Canada 7s But Kenyans Are Still Hella Proud

Kenya sevens this morning lost to Fiji in the finals of the Vancouver sevens in Canada settling for the 8th position with 19 points, six points less from England which takes the 7th position. Fiji had 32-12 win over Kenya making it the first to win two record tournament titles a season.

Many people are however pleased by the team’s performance so far despite the defeat hoping next time it will do better. Captain Oscar Ouma stated that he was pleased by the team’s performance and was sure this was just a beginning to greater things.

President Uhuru Kenyatta also congratulated the team through an earlier tweet.
