Kenyans who attended the Tekno Miles concert are a disappointed lot.
It turns out that despite the excitement surrounding the concert, it was a disaster. Not only were the fans kept waiting for hours, performances by the local acts totally upstaged him.
Forget about Tekno’s performance…Kenyans thrives on savagery… 😅 pic.twitter.com/WG0kwbPZd9

Tekno’s performance comprised both live band and DJ playback which lead to some confusion during the performance as both sounds played against each other. Both Tekno Miles and DJ Crème De La Crème were quick to point an accusing finger at each other following the distasteful performance.
Last Night was mad Liiit! On the flip side , Tekno wasn’t in sync with his band, then dude blames me ..no hard feelings tho. Stay Humble 🙏🏽

His stage presence also left much to be desired as most of the time one could tell he was lip syncing to the DJ playback.
Tekno Miles aside, the Kenyan acts did a great job. The Kansoul, comprising of Mejja, Madtraxx and Kid Kora appeared on stage as the last act before Tekno, accompanied by dancers-cum-strippers, delivered his performance. The group sang song from their collaborations and even individual tracks such as Landlord by Mejja and Boda Boda by Madtraxx.
Other performances of the night included Le Band, Tunji, Fena, Nameless and the reunited Camp Mulla.
