KU LAUNCHES THE SOMESHA MWENZAKO CAMPAIGN

OBWOGI OBWOGI2KU’s outspoken Finance Secretary, Hon. Peter Obwogi  yesterday launched the Somesha Mwenzako Campaign at KU Main Campus. The project is aimed at helping the needy access financial aid for their fees and other financial needs. The event held at KU’s SZ 39 hall was graced by a mini-harambee that saw the comrades raise a good amount in support of the programme. Obwogi urged all the needy students to apply for the “bursary for the students by the students”. The application forms were available and can be collected at the KUSA offices for those who missed. It was and is indeed a worthy cause.
