At the age of 20, Kylie Jenner is growing to be an entrepreneur just like he big sister Kim and her mother Kris Jenner. The reality TV star that got famous by appearing on her family’s show ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ and recently got her own spin-off show ‘The Life of Kylie’ is set to have a billion dollar company in the near future.

Her first line of 3 lipkits released only about a year and a half ago sold out in record time (30 seconds!) leading her to expand into eyeshadows, blushes, makeup brushes and ‘kylighters’ (highlighters). In the past 18 months, sales have grown to over $420million’s worth and the company is estimated to be worth $1 billion by 2022! She also was the second earning KarJenner last year behind big sis Kim Kardashian-West earning an estimated $18 million.

In 2017, the company is projected to make $328 million meaning that by 2022, the company could be worth $1 billion. More famous make up brands took a little longer to make as much : L’Oréal’s Lancôme brand took a whole 80 years to reach $1 billion sales in 2015 & Estee Lauder’s Bobbi Brown took 25 years to reach the same amount in 2016.

“I think it’s time people walk into a store and see Kylie Cosmetics…” she told WWD magazine. Kylie’s Lip Kits were launched in November 2015 though the name was changed to Kylie Cosmetics three months later. She starts to count earnings from the type the company was renamed.
