Mr and Miss Maseno went down this past weekend 14th March. Mildred Wandia, a second year in interior design, was crowned as Miss Maseno and Timothy Omondi  as Mr. Maseno.

The two were awarded Lenovo laptops by the Coca Cola Company equator bottlers’ Kisumu, three thousand each from the university student’s chairman Charles Juma, five thousand each from university Vice Chancellor Professor Makawiti plus other privileges that like free maintenance of hair.

In male models, Evance Bollo was awarded a tablet plus three thousand  for being the first runner up Mr. Maseno while in female Juliet Rodgers took similar a wards as the first runners up females.

Cleophas Dock and Delvine Chepkoech were awarded for being the best Mr and Miss Maseno congeniality for their creativity arts. Mbai Kizito was awarded one dollar by Charles Juma, the students chairman, for having made it Mr. Flexor 2015. Samir Ally also worn the humanitarian award for actively participating in helping the disabilities within the University.

For performances, DJ Kalonje and DJ Scratch were on the decks keeping the crowd fully entertained. Marya was in attendace and performed her hit ‘Chokoza’ and new single ‘Sishiki simu’. Kaligraph and Kristoff also rocked the stage as they performed to excited students. The night was fun and filled with pomp and glamour.
