1. MUTHURWA MARKET

This is a huge market along Haile Selasie Avenue where you can get anything from second hand clothing to brand new outfits at an affordable price. You can definitely flirt your way to a good bargain.

2. MUTINDWA MARKET

Based between Buruburu and Umoja estates, it is home to shoes and dresses that range between 100 – 1000 shillings. Talk about looking fabulous for less.

The toi market is located in the outskirts of Kibera slum, Nairobi. It is famous for selling unique, cool clothing at affordable prices. This is also an amazing place to get swimming costumes, shoes, dresses and undies.

This famous second hand market could be home to any designer outfit deemed worthless in the European market at a fraction of the original price. It is located along Kamkunji road in Nairobi. Here you can find dresses prices at Ksh 50 and tops for even less! Go there with Ksh 1000 and you will have a whole new wardrobe.

5. KOROGOCHO MARKET

Located adjacent to the korogocho slum near Dandora, “KOCH” is famous for selling second hand clothes from a mere price of ksh.10 to 500. But you shall need plenty of patience to go through the hordes of clothing to find “the one”.

6. NGARA MARKET aka ENGARASHA

This is famous among ladies that love fashion. Ngara is home to ladies wear and accessories. They may seem a bit pricey to some people but if you are a good heckler, you shall get value for your money. Although these guys are always fighting with the City Council, so you might end up running as you inhale tear gas. They also move up into the CBD the later it gets so you can shop as you get to your matatu.
