Nine Suspects Arrested After Gang Rape At Maseno University

The rise in criminal activities and students passing away is something that is on the rise and this matter should be looked into as quickly as possible because the country is loosing young and energetic people who are capable leaders.

Just recently a former student leader from Nairobi University was gunned down by unkons people in an unclear circumstance.

The Director Of Criminal Investigations today released the names of the gang that has been terrorizing the varsity students.

Detectives also recovered confiscated stolen chairs, bhang, pangas and claw bars from the suspects.

DCI Kenya took to twitter to announce this move they have make and gave out the list of names of suspects.

The suspects are currently in lawful custody and are expected to be arraigned in court soon.

In November last year, Maseno University students took to the streets after their colleague was detained as he was reporting an alleged attack at their institution.

In July last year, in yet another violent incident, a gang of three members shot two students at the university.

The students were among the group of people who had gone to watch World Cup Finals.

The gang also robbed them off their phones and fled from the scene.
