Recently, Catholic University (CUEA) released a statement concerning tuition fee payments. The document was signed by the deputy vice chancellor, Dr. Ocbamariam Bekit. The new policy on feeS stipulated that no student would seat an exam if they had a fee balance of any sort.
All students who aren’t able to clear the tuition fees by the beginning of the semester are expected to clear at least 50% of the fees. The penalty for delayed fees is Ksh 2,000 and on the other hand any student who clears fees by the second week of the semester will be given a discount of Ksh. 2,000.

I find this new policies a tad too distasteful despite the fact that they agreed upon consultations.
