UoN’s most vocal activist and Babu Owino’s wingman has eaten a humble but rather mature pie by settling his scores with KU’s top man, Hon Lone Felix. The two were initially involved in a tussle with Lone accusing Oyola of meddling with KU affairs. Word was out that Lone had served Oyola with a court summon on the issue. Oyola has taken to his social media platforms to clear the air with than apology that has hinted on his ambition to vie for KU’s top post. Here is his statement:
FROM: THE OFFICE OF THE YOUNG REPUBLICANS,FLAMERS OF DELIVERANCE
DAVID OYOLA, KUSA, PRESIDENT, 2015/2016
TO: FELIX LONE O,KUSA CHAIRMAN 2013/2014
I initially tabled certain fundamental allegations on the helm of KUSA leadership in the name of Felix Lone. I would like to state categorically that they were mere political engagements. Some of you misquoted me including Felix himself.
On behalf of myself and the people of Kenya, who believe in the freedom of speech and the rule of law, who love accountable leadership and bravery, I would like to take back my words touching on the KUSA president. If at all those allegations were unfounded, time itself will surely tell and the gods of accountability will someday rise up and testify.

I have made this apology for the sake of a peaceful coexistence and peace itself like a gentleman taking into account the journey that lies ahead of us, which is the greatest.
Meanwhile, due to the cries of the oppressed, the voiceless and bondaged students; i will be vying for KUSA Presidency come September, 2015 without mercy. Anyone who will be on our way will be multiplied by zero and raised to power a million!!
Thank you all comrades.
Sarcastic or not? You be the judge.
