The two radio presenters have been sued for non-compliance with the contract they had signed. This came after the two decided to leave NRG.

Employer and Labour court has barred the two to go on air on any other radio stations so they have to face the lawsuit till they clear their names.

“A temporary order of injunction is hereby granted restraining the duo from performing services for, carrying or being engaged or interested or concerned directly or indirectly or publicly identifying with the promotion of services by any other radio station within the Republic of Kenya or any business that competes with NRG,” t

the judges said.

NRG cries foul as they mentioned they spent a lot of money to purchase cars for the duo. Also, their branding on billboards costed the flamboyant radio station. They had to wait for three months to commence their new jobs as per the contract.
