Calling Safaricom customer care for assistance can be quite tiresome. Especially after having to wait for over 15minutes and you still have to answer a ton of questions to their agent just to identify yourself.
It seems like they too noted it was a problem and now they have come up with a solution. The Kenyan leading telecom company has now introduced a voice identification option where if you have already registered your voice.
The customer service agent will already know who you are therefore won’t start asking the many questions.
All you have to do is dial 100 or 200 to register your voice.
This will definitely save people a lot of trouble as it is safer, faster and easy as well.
