The new wave that has taken the country is the gengetone artist who have sang their beats out. A move that has made some of their songs to be banned by the Moral police. The Gengetone rythm has taken the market.
From singing Wamlambez to Wainame, the Sailors Crew have become a darling to many young generation who love their songs. Some of their songs have been banned from being played in public places .
The ban has now made them to come up with great songs. This time round they decided to sing a gospel song. The song dubbed ” Jesu Ni Mwadhani.” It is a song that appreciates God and also discredits the devil.
A question that now many would really wonder , if they will stick to the gospel or go back to Wamlambez Wamnyoyez tunes or rather the Wainame beats.
