When TD Jakes announced of his visit to Kenya, many people looked forward to his coming. Majority of Kenyans have followed the author, businessman and American preacher online but this time round he will be in our land.
TD Jakes is in the country and he will attending the SOAR summit as the main speaker among othe speakers. What people didn’t understand why they had to pay sh 75000 for them to share a conference room with the American preacher.
Netizens have also complained a lot about the charges KCB and the SOAR summit have implicated on the conference. They do not understand why a whole sh 75000 will be the ticket price for attending the conference knowing very well the number of Kenyan who can afford the money.
TICKETS SOLD OUT
“The VVIP tickets have been sold out but the VIP are still available,” said Ms Edna Kiarie from a public relations firm contracted for the summit.
Some of the highlights of the summit includes a keynote addresses by our headline speakers, TD Jakes, Strive Masiyiwa and Nunu Ntshilinga as well as an interactive, panel sessions with various invited guests.
Ironically, the same day the conference is scheduled musician Konshen is also in town. Some Kenyans now prefer to visit Konshen’s show at the expense of the man of the kingdom’s. They feel heaven seems to be expensive to lock.
