“Wajinga Nyinyi” by King Kaka raises eyebrows

Kenyan Singer King Kaka has once again trended for the better part of the weekend after releasing a political song dubbed,” Wajinga Nyinyi.” A song that has raised eyebrows in the country has made many to react.

Some of the musicians have supported the song saying it is what is happening. With just few days after the release of BBI Report, the singer has termed it as a sham.

The singer has also expressed disappointment in the government of the day claiming it has suppressed many Kenyans. With issues to do with corruption and high taxation level being the order of the day.

The song has also expressed dissatisfaction with the Kenyans for electing rogue leaders who not only oppress them but also take advantage of their situation. Unfortunately he feels the Kenyans are also to be blamed for the choices they make every electioneering period.

With King Kaka, expressing his views one would really tell the country is in problem. One issue that one would really exhaust is to really bring solutions to the problems the country is facing.

King Kaka could sing a song but as Kenyans do we really learn? Well, his song is well to the ear but when it comes to elections we shall still have the same people being elected. This is Kenya and Kenyans never learn.

Again the song has truth in it but do we love the truth? Well that’s Kenya for you.
