Veep won Outstanding Comedy Series over Black-ish and Modern Family while Last Week Tonight with John Oliver won Outstanding Variety Talk Series over The Late Late Show with James Corden and Jummy Kimmel Live!

Viola Davis lost Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series to Elisabeth Moss of The Handmaid’s Tale.

Donald Glover won Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series over Anthony Anderson of black-ish and Aziz Ansari. His show, Atlanta, also won Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series.
