Zari Hassan decide to wake up today and express her disappointment with Kenya Airways airline. The business woman has allegedly said that she lost her expensive perfumes from her luggage.
One thing that has made Ms. Zari to be devastated is that not only the perfumes were expensive but she has a personal touch with the perfumes. She was given the perfumes as a gift on her birthday.
In her complains, she was expressing that it is not the first time for her to lose things in the airlines. She is a loyal customer to the air lines hoping that it will improve their safety services. Unfortunately, the airline is still far from changing.
KQ has expressed that they had reached out to Zari. They are waiting to handle Zari complains.
In a tweet, KQ said: ” Dear Zari, we desire for all our customers to have a positive experience. We’ve reached out to you to obtain your travel detail to enable us to coordinate with the management at the airport transfers.”
